To help the chicken nuggets along, I put the honey dijon dressing in with the cut up chicken last night. One step down!
Also, poking around the other day, I saw something on how to properly bread meat. I’m not generally good at this, so the tip about having one “wet” hand and one “dry” hand was priceless. This is probably a no-brainer to a lot of people, but I’m actually not a very good cook or a foodie. I just play one on WordPress.
Anyway, as you can imagine, the chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese were of course a hit. <sing-songy> These are a few of Boog’s favorite things. She’s been better about trying new foods lately, so I wanted to give her a “break” and go with something I know she likes.
And it wasn’t really much more prep than frozen chicken nuggets and boxed mac n’ cheese. The main difference is that I can pronounce all of the ingredients in my version!
