I am a wife, mother, and professional trying to create home cooked meals for my little family of three.
I am a CPA that works outside of the home in a Finance position. My husband is an artistic small business owner – he has an automotive paint and body shop. My daughter turned 2 in February 2012 and is what I like to call “spirited”. My husband and I like to say she’s the best thing we’ve ever made.
It’s not always easy and I don’t always succeed, but I try my best and try not to have guilt for the rest.
My plan is to post my menu each week, along with my prep plan. I’ll try to post every few days letting you know how it goes – Are the recipes keepers? Which meals did my daughter actually eat? How did we adapt when life has other plans for the week?
Along the way, there will be stories of successes and defeats with my daughter and hopefully some fun, too!
I’m also trying to find balance with fitness and exercise, making it a regular part of my life again, like it was pre-Boog. While not the main focus, I will be bringing it up from time to time. I miss it!
